It offers maximum flexibility for both large batches and numerous small production runs through its intuitive touchscreen control with an intelligent counter function. Thanks to the optional Easy-Switch system, multiple pot sizes can be changed in just a few minutes throughout the day. Additionally, it is possible to process traffic lights in manual operation.

Potting machine for XXL-pots

Effortless handling of XXL pots: The MATRIX T1.1 handles pots with a diameter of up to 27 cm (10.62"). Thanks to the belt storage and double-jaw magazine, both round and square pots can be precisely separated. After the rapid filling of the large-volume pots, a drill with a diameter of up to 18 cm processes the pots, simplifying the work with XXL pots.

MATRIX SA

Double Collector for Maximum Efficiency

Unlike conventional systems, a MATRIX SA collector operates between two independent conveyor belts and instantly detects pots using optical sensors. The pneumatic holding device extends precisely and quickly, allowing the collector to reliably stop and collect the pots.

Pot2Tray

This is how pots are inserted into trays: The MATRIX Pot-To-Tray not only unstacks trays but also pot stacks. It then places the pots into the prepared, empty trays for further processing.

Available in an optional "Print" version, it offers advanced printhead options: Have the pots labeled in a clean state before being placed in the trays! Whether it's a plant passport or batch number – with up to two printheads, you achieve maximum efficiency, speed, and customized labeling.

Curved Conveyors

We offer conveyors that flexibly navigate curves and are ideal for use with potting machines in commercial horticulture. The use of these conveyors optimizes the flow of pots without requiring additional switches. This increases productivity, prevents pots from tipping over during direction changes, and ensures smooth operation. Our modular curved conveyors enable higher performance and maximum efficiency in your operation.

MATRIX FB

Conveyor belts

The MATRIX conveyor series FB is tailored for modern commercial horticulture. The outstanding stability and secure hold of the conveyors are ensured by a specially designed frame. With only a 26 mm diameter at the end rollers, even smaller pots can be effortlessly transferred from one conveyor to another. When operating two conveyors in parallel, both can be driven by just one motor. The ease of service and the ability to customize the conveyor belt cover to meet your needs make the MATRIX FB conveyor the optimal choice.

Footnotes

The specified performance data of the machines depend on the substrate used. Different performance levels can be achieved with very dry, very wet, or moderately moist substrate. Additionally, the particle size of the substrate influences performance, distinguishing between very fibrous, fiberless, loose, or dense materials. Another important factor is the quality or material, as well as the volume of the plastic pots used.

Our conveyors are fully compatible with all MATRIX machines and can be controlled directly from the HMI (Human Machine Interface) via the touchscreen. Integration into programs with varying speeds and functions is also available.

Furthermore, the MATRIX conveyors should be compatible with other well-known manufacturers such as Javo potting machines, Mayer potting machines, Demtec potting machines, and DaRos potting machines. This wide compatibility ensures versatility and efficiency for your potting operations, making our conveyors a valuable addition to any horticultural setup.
