Use of IP addresses under the "legitimate interest" legal basis

Your IP address is logged, but immediately pseudonymised (by removing the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible. The data processing is based on the legal provisions (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our legitimate interest under the GDPR is to improve our service and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is automatically pseudonymised before it reaches us.

Our newsletter

In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, telephone number and your full name. If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter.

We use the double opt-in process to ensure that the newsletter is sent by consent. This involves adding the potential recipient to a mailing list.
